Currently I'm reading the SQL Cookbook. Not exclusively MySQL, but it gives solutions to complex queries using Oracle, DB2, SQLServer, MySQL and PostgressSQL.

In my opinion a must have, if you want to query with power.

DataBase Systems: A Practical Approach to Design, Implementation and Management is a really good book on the subject.
