Could you recommend a good book to start learning flash for a non-programmer?

When I mean non-programmer, I mean a person that will not understand ActionScript, but does get HTML, CSS and stuff.

i actually learn alot through http://www.lynda.com/. they have a 1 day trial here. these are videos which i feel is alot better than book :)

here are their Flash CS4 videos. their essential training titles are more for beginners which boring for ppl who know abit of Flash already. i am watching the Flash CS4 Pro: OOP title now :) really good. some parts abit boring, but i can fast forward it ... the good thing abt a video.

Flash/Actionscript is not only about the language itself but also about a whole set of tools you have to get yourself comfortable with. So I suggest you start by viewing a couple of video tutorials. For example: Lynda - Flash CS4 Professional Essential Training. They even provide a couple of free videos. After you feel comfortable just go ahead and browse community websites and free samples...
