Unable to contact IP driver, error code 5 ... vista

When I try to do on my Vista Laptop with wireless network adapter the C:\Users\Guest>ping 127.0.0.1

I get: Unable to contact IP driver, error code 5,

any ideas ?

A: 

It appears that you may need to reinstall your network driver.
