is there any program that sends data from a virtual usb port to host device as computer?

I don't get exactyly what you tring to achieve. There are a lot of programs that can send data trought Windows virtual com driver. (Hypertermianl in windows linux just copy some file to /dev/tty )

If you want the other way round have device with USB and you want to connect it to PC with minmal effort, check FTDI usb chip I don't remember the name but it's preaty common, and it is usde in most USB to serial devices. And it has got drivers to it too.
