Can we focus our menu as we scroll the browser?

Question

Hi to all, Actually I could not get the proper title for the question. I have displayed different stories under the title. I can scroll the browser to see the stories. While scroll and reach at the title i need to focus the same menu as the title. The stories are scrolled horizontally. For example: I have 10 stories with different title. And I have menu bar that has whole 10 title. When i scroll the mouse to reach at story 5 i need to focus that story title in menu bar. Hope its now little clear. Is it possible to do with jquery? Hope to get answer.
