finalbuilder versus kinook visual build

Has anyone used both of these build tools? final builder and visual build (kinook.

What advantages did you see over the product you prefer? Are they basically the same just UI differences?

I've used both - one privately (FinalBuilder), the other (Visual Build) at work a few years ago.

I personally prefer FinalBuilder - it always seemed easier to use, easier to understand, more "intuitive" in its use. They also have a Server version now, which is quite nice.

But on a feature-by-feature comparison, both probably offer way more than you'll ever need in a build tool - so just pick the one that fits your style and your work (and budget) better! :-)

PS: I just checked out the Kinook website - Visual Build has come a long way and looks much more polished by now! They're both basically the same price, they both probably offer more or less the same set of features - I don't think you can go wrong with either of the two.

Check the feature list to see if one of them might be missing a feature you think you'll need - I doubt that, though :-)
