C# Client side subreport get render on second page

I have a subreport and header on C# client side report when data is fitting on one page subreport start on 2nd page but if data is coming across two pages then it start from one page , can you please let me know what is problem I read that it is microsoft issue , do they have any soln to this.??? or any workaround I need to Use subreport in any case...
