While looking at ways to improve processes for an in-house analytics team, the "Correlation database" approach used by i-lluminate came up.

Documentation and real-world stories on the platform seem to be scarce, and I was just wondering if people out there had any first-hand experience with it?

the following are requirements of particular interest to us: 1. Data loading without pre-design. Our models rely on both internal and external datasets (e.g. acquired from other sources) and are typically created and used in an ad-hoc fashion for initial data exploration. 2. Ability to specify tricky queries (especially analytical aggregation queries) with less code and in a more interactive fashion. Our analysts aren't SQL gurus and it would be useful for them to be able to hunt down special cases in our databases without having to get our SQL-guys to help.
