Which universities have comp. science lectures online?

I'm referring to free, general viewing of courses.

Berkeley has the best site I have seen so far. I think MIT has a similar course site.

Except this one is simple, clear and concise! Unlike MIT's.

Stanford has some as well. I hope they put up more, even though I went to Berkeley! :)

You can find some MIT lecture notes here and some videos at the MIT channel on YouTube.

The three big ones are Berkeley (2), MIT and Stanford.

There are also some buried in YouTube and iTunes U.

There are about 15 full-length courses at Academic Earth, with a few from Harvard.

In general, the OCW Consortium has links to about 18 other universities (in the United States) and their online course offerings; there are a number in Spain and Japan.

Unfortunately, there aren't many that others in OCW that have computer science lectures online (aside from the three above). Here are the only ones (that I've found):

Google has a custom search for finding computer-science course material -- mostly lecture data and class websites.

Props to warren.

Check out the following project

http://www.ocwconsortium.org/

It is a collaboration between a number of universities to make their course materials freely available online. You of course do not get a degree, but if all you need is the information and progressive structured learning, it can be invaluable. It is like the open source version of university courses. The MIT links in the posts above are actually MIT's participation in this international project.

Another option is to spend the buck for a safari-online membership

There is not much related to computers that you can't learn through the thousands of computer books you get access to through this membership.

I currently attend DePaul University; they have an Online degree seeking program. It is possible you'll need to be in the Chicago land area to utilize DePaul. The online lectures are great but, I believe, private. I'm not sure if you are looking for just online lectures or if you are actually wanting a full online classes.

Google offers some resources for helping find this info at:

http://code.google.com/edu/

On the left hand side of that page you will see links to some interesting educational videos and content... as well as the capability to do a CS curriculum search.

Peteris Krumins' list of free science lectures includes a great number of CS relevant lectures.

Academic Earth has brought together a collection of lectures from various universities.

There's a CS category with lectures from Stanford, Harvard, Berkeley, MIT to name a few.

Just to fulfill the collection: Universities with the Best Free Online Courses - smth like catalogue of Universities with online courses, though many of them are for US citizens only.
