I want to take google mail server for my domain. my problem is following-

my website is hosted on other hosting panel but i want to use mail server of google for my domain name Ex. [email protected] is it possible if yes then how to configure domain name server for that

You can create MX records to handle your email through Google Apps:

10 @ ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM. 1 Hour
20 @ ALT1.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM. 1 Hour
30 @ ALT2.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM. 1 Hour
40 @ ASPMX2.GOOGLEMAIL.COM. 1 Hour
50 @ ASPMX3.GOOGLEMAIL.COM. 1 Hour

for example my website is abc.com. it is hosted on net4domain.com. i want to take only e mail server on google with my domain [email protected] will be okbut my question is what setting to be done to get it

I don't quite understand. It doesn't really matter if net4domain.com is your hoster. If you have your own domain (let's say abc.com) and you have the possibility to alter your domain's DNS records then you can add the MX records above to deliver your e-mail for abc.com. You do of course need a Google Apps account, you can get that one here: http://www.google.com/a/
