iFrame - Return only Center Section of Site

-AFFILIATE WEBSITE ISSUE- It would be great if someone could help with the following:

(1) We would like the center section of our website to display only certain portions the center section of another website. (2) Most ideal would be for our site's left navigation bar to display the certain portions of the other site's center section in our site's center section.
