repl_identity_range constraint not changing after altering subscriber range

I have increased the size of the publisher and subscriber range for a table used in Merge replication, reinitialized the subscriptions and rerun the snapshots, but the repl_identity_range_xxxxx constraint on the table still contains the old range.

How do I refresh this new range without dropping the article and recreating it?
