Can anyone recommend a tool that makes generating Flash programs easy to use? I've played with a handful of tools but I've never found anything particularly easy to use. I'm looking for something that has the ease of MS PowerPoint.

Swish is the easiest I've seen. It will even convert PowerPoint to Flash if you need it to.

If you want something as easy as Power Point...then stick with it. Don't misuse Flash or even Flex.
@Ben Hoffstein...this sounds like it's exactly what he needs. Just convert the PP files to swf.
