Add a Button to existing PDF file

Hi all, I am using LiveCylce's FormService to render/submit data by Asp.Net page. My problem is the source FDP file (will be uploaded by user of the website) have no a submit button that response to my ASP page. My question is: Can i use a service/dll of LiveCycle (not a third party) to read the source FDP file and add new a submit button to the file before upload it into LiveCycle Repository. Thanks, Tai.
