Where can I find good mimetype icons?

Question

I would like to find good icons for mimetypes to use in my (filetype, mimetype) -> icon website :

I currently have

• apache
• crystal
• gnome
• silk
• tango

but if there are other free high quality sets out there I would like to include those as well.

Along with (Famfamfam) silk, there is also a 'mini' set:

You already have Crystal in your list but I think Crystal Clear Mimetype icons' are more decent.
