A:

Please google before you ask: HelpProvider

Beat me to it. +1 to you. In addition to google, let me suggest that the MSDN libarary should always be one of your first plaes to look.
David Stratton
-1 there's nothing wrong with asking here first. There's far more value for the user, who can spend less time putting a question in front of thousands of experts who can provide value-added information here, than parsing search results that may or may not yield any value.

Shouldn't there be a threshold for asking a question? Not just I need to do xyz, first thing: ask StackOverflow and let them do it for me.

@Yuriy: Please read the FAQ before instructing others.

I've read it, besides the being nice part, what should I be looking at? Are you saying this question isn't too trivial?
Yuriy Faktorovich
-1 While the descriptions are often good, MSDN code examples are notoriously bad. There is nothing wrong with seeking the community's help learning a new piece of functionality, it's why we're here.
Chris Ballance
@Yuriy: No there really isn't a treshold, SO wants to become the repository of all programming questions. And just posting a link is considered a weak answer.
Henk Holterman
But I'll admit not all of that is in the FAQ, it's spread over meta.SO and blogs.SO

Try:

Integrate Help Into Your .NET Apps

It's written in VB.NET but you should be able to figure it out.
