I have a dotnet web application that I'm not allowed direct access to and have to present all the files for someone else to upgrade. Robocopy could pretty easily move the files and present a report IF I were allowed to touch it. is there an application that can compare the files in two directories and create a 3rd Patch directory consisting of changed files/directories?
