I have table and i have to create a report from it

That table contain: chanelID,chanelclassify,createdate,movedate

and report has form: index,date,chanelclassify,number of created chanels, number of moved chanels, avgTime

how should i do to count the number of created and moved chanel on one by one date and group by chanelclassify?

Please send some more detail and if you use a report designer, what is that?
