What's the best secure ordering system for selling my software within my website? Also, I want that the service to help me somehow after the customer ordered the software in order to provide him a license, etc.
I heard that godaddy.com has something useful. Can anybody give some hints?

As to a licensing mechanism, I have never implemented one, though I recall ayende blogging about his experiences while trying to develop licensing for NHProf. I'm afraid I can't seem to find a direct link to that blog and there is no search on his blog, but it is there or somewhere on the interweb...
