Recommendation: CMS to integrate with javascript based solution.

We have a mutiple asp.net (webforms, asp.net 2.0, .Net 3.5) public facing websites.Each website is used by mutiple clients. We need the ability for the clients to be able to manage the content on the public facing websites. This content needs to be managed in a javascript based website and the data needs to be stored in a SQL server database. My question is from the StackOverflow community: a. Do we have a free\commercial CMS that stores data in SQL server and exposes its API via webservices??
