Microsoft Agent in Windows terminals

Hi! My (potential) customer is using Windows Server 2003 and students computers are just terminals. My application relies heavily in Microsoft Agent technology and now customer is complaining that the application gives errors about "not supported".

I wonder if it would help if MS Agent would be installed into local computers - does it get used when running as terminal? OR is it just not possible at all?

My knowledge of servers/terminals is nonexisting, so maybe someone can help me out.
