Master Search Textbox validated on click of Content page Button

I have a Master Page which is having one TextBox and one button to Search. I have a form page which is having one or more Textbox with Required Field validation.

The problem is while clicking the content page button it is validating the Master page Textbox which I don't want. It should validate the content pages controls.

I am not getting why this problem is happening
