Customizing Setup project for Screen Saver

Hi, I've created Screen saver in C#.Net. How can I customize my Setup project to do the following:
1) Create .scr file from .exe file
2) Save .scr file into System32 folder
3) At the end of installation, open Display properties dialog box and select my Screen saver
