Need a way of capturing signatures using a SmartPhone. Preferably usable on Verizon networks. This will be used to sign off receipt of medical supply deliveries to customers. Thanks!

If your system will be operating over the web check out our Web Signature component www.btis.com/btproducts/websignature This will work on web pages on Windows Mobil based smart phones Currently supports Windows Mobile through v 6.1, Support for Windows Mobile 6.5 phones is under development and expected shortly.

Check out Formotus to capture signatures from touch screens in mobile forms that submit back to SharePoint or Web services. Currently supports Android and Windows Mobile with more on the way. This is not a browser-based solution but a custom app you can create in InfoPath deploy over the air to multiple platforms. Works with any carrier data plan or with wi-fi. Also captures diagrams, photos, GPS locations, and much more.
