Windows Mobile and Windows Live ID Authentication (Web Service)

Hello!

Is there anyway to implement Windows Live ID Authentication in a Compact Framework WinForm application? (C#, .Net Compact Framework 2.0 SP2, Windows Mobile 5.0 and above).

Is there a Web Service to use?
