Microsoft's official ASP.NET videos - They're worth watching, they'll train you on the basics.
Learn Visual Studio .NET - a good site for videos, though it ISN'T free. The videos are fairly good, though, and it's (IMHO) worth the money.
Reading is also good. I suggest 4 Guys from Rolla for your ASP.NET needs.
