IE8 and jquery 1.3.2 toggle

Question

I am using this jquery function that works fine in win/mac FF 3.5 and Safari,

But not in IE 8, The text changes on each condition in it, but the hidden div, with css set to display none doesn't work.

IN IE 8 I get this error Webpage error details

There is a problem with your Jquery version. Mine too, i will try to update.

JQuery is currently on 1.4.2; can you try with 1.4.2 and see if the issue is still present?
