I need an advice from an expert of licenses because i've never understand anything about licenses:). I want to build a free web application and i've chosen Ext Js to do this, but i know that only in some cases that framework can be used without paying, is my situation one of them? The application is totally free, maybe i will include some advertisement somewhere but no cost for users, and doesn't allow the download of the library so i'm not going to redistribute it.

If your application is compatible with GNU GPL license v3 then it is ok to use open source version of Ext JS. In case of doubts contact [email protected] - at least in our case they have been replying quite fast.
