Replace GridView with RadGrid in Dynamic Data List.aspx

I have found an adapted RadGrid from Telerik, with some overrides, for use in the ListDetails.aspx page template in dynamic data projects, but a cursory experiment yielded only a vast list of compiler errors. I was wondering if anyone has enjoyed any success here?

I only need the list aspect of the grid, not edit, but I'm trying to skin the dynamic pages to look like the customised pages that don't participate in the dynamic data goings on. Telerik say that their code will only work with ListDetails.aspx, where I need to use it in List.aspx. How would I go about using ListDetails instead, if I can get their code to work there?

Some time ago I found a sample project in the Telerik forums which uses their RadGrid in Dynamic Data web site. Browse the public forums to find it and start from there.
