Configure Visual Studio Errors Messages (should be referenced)

Hello, is there a way to disable certain error messages from Visual Studio.

Currently the most annoying one is related to multi-targeting. The main problem, resharpers nice "errors in solution" becomes useless if it shows all these "not existing" errors.

Btw, I can disable the warning manually (as shown with one error in the screenshot. But Resharper does not remember this, so its useless with 50+ files)
