reading card reader driver file

hi everyone

I have a card reader and his driver, and i'm tring to read that driver so i can see the functions inside. the driver include 3 files: sys file, cat file and inf file.

somebody know who to read this file and the functions inside?

the functions include in this file or they are in a dll file that connact to the sys file?
