Firefox Extension to load website with defined speed.... slow down internet connection

Hello, ich want to slow down the loading of a website (local websever) to a predefined speed. Any idea?

You can try Fiddler. It's free debug proxy for Windows. You can use it in any browser. It also can simulate slow speed connection.
