iTextSharp: Fill form + add new content

Hi,

which is the way to go, if you want in one script:

  1. fill a form of an existing PDF document, using pdfReader, pdfStamper and AcroFields
  2. add new content to this document: chunk, table, paragraph

p.s.: What about PdfContentByte?
