Validationcallout extender

Hi All,

I am Using Ajax ValidatorCalloutExtender in my application to check for the validations.

Please do let me know how to validate the dropdown list and checkbox using validation callout extender ajax control. When i click on the submit button, it should display that dropdownlist and checkbox are mandatory.
