which book is better to learn dbms... Elmasri & Navathe or Raghu Ramakrishnan ???

Based on amazon customer reviews the first one is slightly better than the latter. I've only read the latter, and it was decent.

The Elmasri & Navathe book is what we used in school, and it made a solid impact on my understanding of dbms, which I was able to build upon with experience.

I recommend Database Management Systems By Raghu Ramakrishnan, Johannes Gehrke that use in most university in Database course .
