url routing in webforms and directorylistmodule

I found a post in asp.net: URL Routing overrides Directory Listing I met the same problem with the post's description. So in a host enviroment, i have no rights to reorder the list modules in iis7, is there a solution to do in web.config, or it is imposible to do it?
