adding contacts from sugarcrm into exchange using .NET

Hi,

I am trying to find the best way of syncing the contacts out of SugarCRM into an Exchange 2010 address list.

I know that the contacts need to be in AD for Exchange to be able to add them to an address list and that Exchange adds attributes to the contact object in AD.

What is the best way of adding, at present about 5,500 contacts, into an OU in AD that will store these contacts? The main concern is that, if I do a normal LDAP write to the OU and create the additonal Exchange attributes, the GUIDS and other keys that I generate might cause problems.

Will the Exchange SDK help with this? If so where should I start? What else should I take into consideration?
