ASP.NET: This application was precompiled with personalization turned off, but it appears to have been turned on after the precompilation, which is not supported

This message appear after I publish an ASP.NET 2.0 web site to local IIS folder and try to run it from http://localhost

Even if I rebuild/recompile/publish the site with Personalization turned on, it still appears
