I've been trying to get a dropdown filter to work in Report Builder 2.0.
One example of the functionality I would like is to be able to rollup money spent by state. The filter could effectively limit which states were brought back in the report.
I've tried various things... the worst of which brought back an error and the report didn't show... the best of which let me select the states I wanted to see, but displayed the entire report anyway.
This report is being built from an analysis services cube, not a transactional db.
Any guidance, tips, or resources would be appreciated.
I need this filter to be executed at runtime.
