Hi all, does anybody knows where I can find free sap training videos, I've googled it but I came up empty handed or some 100 old videos, does anyone have good feedback about a particular website or resource?

There have been similar questions, have a look into the related column, there are some good suggestions. But in order for better answers, you have to add some more information .. are you trying to program (then the ABAP references would be helful), are you looking into specific modules (then HR, FI, CO, etc. may be good search terms) or are you interested in the general workings (then "SAP Basis" may help).

In general, the best starting point is the SAP Community Network (of which SAP Developer Network is a part of): http://scn.sap.com
It has a separate section for eLearning at http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/elearn
It is also worth mentioning the Learning on Demand solution by SAP https://lod.sdn.sap.com/ , that although not free, provides online access to a wide variety SAP course
