How to read data from xml file and add it to Treeview in Windows Form?

I have a XML file as follows,

   <ChildNode name="Application" value="App">

         <LeafNode name="Publish" value="Publish"/>
     </ChildNode>
   <ChildNode name="Database" value="DB">

         <LeafNode name="Build" value="Build"/>
   </ChildNode>
</RootNode>

So i want to read 'value' attribute of each node and add it to Treeview as it present in the xml file

There is a 3-rd party TreeView control which allows load/save serialization of tree hierarchy in XML file. There are several methods for Load/Save of XML serialized code in files and streams.
