MS Charts column graph - left aligned with NO lines

Question

Hi. I am working with MS Charts and can produce typical looking charts....

But I need to produce a single column chart (saved as .jpeg) with these oddities:

• it needs to be in the leftmost position in the chartarea

• the column needs a title above it

• it needs a text area to the right it

• no lines at all: no grids, axis, nada.. (MajorGrid/MinorGrid.Enabled = false still leaves the L shaped border)

There's tons of examples out there, but none quite this simple ;( They overshot my lack of skill.

Any ideas on any of these would be really appreciated.
