I have created a custom site definition which contains custom document library with custom content types. I need to roll up items from these custom document libraries using a CQWP. For some strange reason when I query site collection, site and even a specific custom document library, I don't see the items being rolled up. All the custom document libraries are NOT hidden and they behave like OOB document libraries.
Thoughts??
