how to customized thick box using jQuery?

I want to customized thick box, can any one please help me out.

i have use above syntax, it is working fine but i want to modify the content, i want to put contact form inside the thick box, and i want to display this thick box within parent window

i have customized this by myself by making the change in thickbox.js :)
