UI software for kiosk app

All,

What is the best UI software for a kiosk app. My particular app will show some small images, show some video 1-2 minutes and have buttons (i.e. next, payment button, etc...). So far, I have JAVA SWING, WINDOWS presentation foundation, windows VC++, FLASH.

I suggest using Flex, and use Adobe Flex Builder to develop it, you will do all you want in one day or even less.

If there is nothing complicated with the buttons, you could even do it with Microsoft Power Point ;-)

I'd recommend using Flash/Flex or Silverlight, it really depends on your skill set and the Kios hardware (Windows, Linux, Mac, etc?)
