Vim displaying files incorrectly on Windows 7?!

I am using vim 7.2 on windows 7 and sometimes the files are displayed wrongly. This typically happens when i scroll through the file. I have given links to images. In the first and the second one the file is displayed wrongly whereas in the last one it is displayed correctly(look near the cursor). The images are from a c++ file but this display also happens when i am editing tex files also.
