Sending Messages from SSIS to MSMQ

Hello, I have configured MSMQ on my machine. I have created 1 Public Queue and 1 Private Queue. I am able to send messages to my private Queue when I use machinename\private$\testQueue

But When I send the above queue name to our DBA team. They are not able to send messages to this queue. How will they be able to send messages to the above queue from our Server.
