Why cant i read messages from Nokia mobile using GSM in C#?

Question

I have developed a small sms application from PC to mobile... I Can read messages from other mobiles like sony ericsson but i cant read messages from nokia mobile....

I got the Error Phone Reports generic communication error or syntax error

My code is
