I'm creating new email accounts through Godaddy Simple Control Panel. After creating email account, trying to send test email n i'm getting below error.

The mail system <[email protected]>: host ip.secureserver.net[/var/lib/imap/socket/lmtp] said: 550-Mailbox unknown. Either there is no mailbox associated with this 550-name or you do not have authorization to see it. 550 5.1.1 User unknown (in reply to RCPT TO command)

I guess there is problem with Postfix user permissions required for Mailboxes to be created. Postfix is not creating Mailboxes for new email accounts, but the existing email accounts are working fine. Please help me to sort this issue.

This doesn't look very related to programming.. if anything this type of question belongs on http://superuser.com. Also, because the Postfix server is installed on GoDaddy's server you would be better off contacting them directly for support. It's almost like the Maildir doesn't exist. Check the syntax of the e-mail address. If there's an invalid character in there you will get the same thing. In any case, this question doesn't belong here, but I hope you find a solution.

Hey sorry for asking here.

Don't worry about it. We've all posted things in wrong places before. I suggest trying superuser.com - they are sort of linked with SO anyway, but it's more computer/server/operating system related stuff.
