Uninitialized Subscription in Merge Replication.

How to do Merge Replication?

I've followed the instructions to setup merge replication. Finally, when I viewed the "Launch Replication Monitor", it is showing the warning as "Uninitialized subscription"

Doesn anyone know the cause of this warning? Also, the table is not getting update,,,,,
